Converse
Reduce the intensity of overwhelming sounds while still hearing your surroundings. Made for sensory relief, connected conversations, calmer parenting, & preventing overstimulation.
• Misophonia & strong emotional reactions to noise.
• ADHD & sensitivity to distractions.
• Autism & challenges with sensory input.
• Overstimulation from background noise.
• Clearer conversations in noisy environments.
• Calmer parenting through loud play & tantrums.
Most earplugs block and heavily distort sound, leaving users feeling isolated, disconnected, and “inside their heads.”
Converse Earplugs are different: they use our Conical Sound Canal™ and Ambient Noise Filter™ to soften overstimulating sounds while preserving clarity, letting you stay aware and comfortable without feeling cut off from your surroundings.
Our Conical Sound Canal™ mimics the natural shape of the human ear canal, guiding sound waves through a narrowing path that reduces volume without muffling detail.
Our Ambient Noise Filter™ functions like the eardrum, finely tuned to soften overstimulating mid- and high-range frequencies.
Together, these innovations gently lower overall volume without isolating you, allowing you to stay connected to your surroundings with reduced intensity.

How do I know if I have inserted my Flow earplugs correctly?
To ensure proper insertion and maximise comfort, follow these steps:
- Hold the base of the Flow earplug between your thumb and index finger.
- Gently insert the ear tip into your ear canal.
- Twist the earplug slightly towards the back of your ear until it sits snugly (approximately at a 90 degree angle), it should form a comfortable seal.
- Feel free to adjust the base for comfort and help ensure they remain discreet from the front.
If they feel loose or fall out, try a larger size. If they’re too tight or stick out, try a smaller size. To check the fit, move your jaw from side to side; if they stay in place, they’re inserted correctly.
How do I know which ear tip size is best for me?
When you first receive your Flow earplugs it's a good idea to try on each size (XS, S, M, L) so you can feel the differences and to find your perfect fit.
To find the best ear tips for you, follow these four easy steps:
- Start with the pre-installed medium (“M”) ear tips and test them out.
- To change sizes, gently pull off the current silicone ear tip from the earplug base.
- Choose a new size, hold it between your thumb and index finger, and line it up with the earplug's stem.
- Gently push and twist until it fits snugly. If it's proving tricky, just flip it inside out, push it onto the earplug, and then fold it back into place.
- Insert them in your ears to see how they feel.
If they feel loose or fall out, try a larger size. If they’re too tight or stick out, try a smaller size. To check the fit, move your jaw from side to side; if they stay in place, they’re inserted correctly.
P.S. You might need different sizes for each ear, so be sure to check both!
